Are these all the same as far as reliability goes for push email on the iPhone? I've read a lot of people complaining about yahoo mail's push working only intermittently.

MobileMe and mail2web (hosted Exchange) are both way, way better than Yahoo. I have MobileMe and Microsoft Exchange (in house) being pushed to my iPhone 3G and find the Exchange server to be more reliable. They all three suck though, and it's not just limited to the iPhone. The only phone I've ever had (Windows Mobile included) that really pushed email reliably was Blackberry.

I don't mean to derail the OPs question, but what do you find sucks about exchange push? I have exchange pushing my work email/contacts/calendar to my iPhone and find it to be flawless. I get push data in under 2 seconds very reliably.

My users' experience hasn't been quite that good. Exchange is the second best to use in terms of reliability and configuration and the best to administer. It's also cheap if you already have Exchange, since ActiveSync comes with it but BES or BPS do not.
