how do you activate the binoculars in RtCW??

i've tried a number of ways, but it just wont work!
whats the best way of fixing this stupid thing?

i'd like to remap it to "b". is there a config file that i can modify to make it work?

go to users/whoeveryouare/library/application support/wolfenstien/demomain- then your config should be there. Hope that helps.

If your using the full wolfenstein, not the demo (doon't think there are any in demo), then the config file should be:

~/Desktop(or wherever)/RtCW Beta 3/Main/wolfconfig.cfg"

or similar. There are 2 files with extension ".cfg" one for the Multiplayer App, one for the Single Player App.

this is for the demo..

so i should, for example, bind b "binoculars"
is that the command?

the console is supposed to work the same way as it did in q3 right? i wonder why i couldnt change it from there.

I of course, assumed he was going the legal way. BTW your problem is probably your not a LT. only the LT can us the binocs in MP.

i dont much like being an LT.

ok i tried that, and still doesnt work... it says 'unknown cmd binoculars'

btw, demos dont have any updates, right?

Actually I belive there was a second version, more than likely you have that one though. Lemme check out some command lines and I'll get back to you.
