I upgraded to Verizon Fios and no longer need my Airport Extreme Basestation so it's for sale. It's the one with gigabit ethernet [EDIT: I don't think it has gigbit ethernet, mine is model #MA073LL/A purchased April 20, 2007], USB port, etc. I'm pretty sure I have the original box but I need to check (EDIT: I do have the original box and packaging).
