I figure it can't hurt to ask. I am now a WoW addict because of an invite I got to the beta as a direct result of being an active MacNN user.
Two years later, and the MacNN games forum isn't as active, but I can hope Rob Barris may still stop by.
So, any chance we can get some beta invites for Mac users? Our guild is full of 'em, and we're all dedicated junkies looking to help test!

Two of my guild mates got "random" invites this week (no contests, etc). Both are beta testers from the first closed beta (like me), so I am hopeful. I was a diligent bug submitter back in the day.

I doubt being a tester the last time around really influences it. It seems that invites are just going around to random people as long as they have at least one level 60 character.

I haven't been an active member of these games forums for a few years BECAUSE of WoW.
