When I travel, I connect to our corporate email via the internet with IE5.2.2, logging on to Outlook Web Access (smtp.companyname.com). It works perfectly.
However, this deos not work with Safari. Once I type in my username, I get a blank screen.
Any clue as to why Safari won't connect, when IE works so well?
Thanks.

Wild, works perfectly for me; in fact, v1.2 fixes alot of Outlook Web Access problems I was having...

That is odd. While I can't reply to any mail using the web access, I can read my mail just fine from Safari. Haven't tried it with 1.2 yet as it's taking forever to download...
Could it be a certificate problem?

Hmm, wonder if it could be our installed version. We're running 5.5 SP4

Hmm... I use OWA with Safari with no problems. Using it with Safari 1.2 is even better as the pages load faster.

Try turning off pop-up blocking. When you click on the reply button with it on, Safari kills the new window.

Is anyone using this with Exchange 2000? We are having no end of troubles with all Mac browsers and Outlook Web Access.
It has to do with the domain name not being passed through by the Mac correctly.
Appreciate any help here!!!

I can't believe that never crossed my mind (I always forget to start with the obvious). Sure enough, that did the trick. Thanks!!
