since one can run XP on a mac with virtualization, is it possible to run OSX in a virtual environment on windows (using the paralells windows client for example)?

Not really (you could use VMWare and some "patches", but nothing legal or efficient)... but the question is, why would you want to?
2.8 Ghz Unibody MacBook Pro 15" - 4GB Ram - Logic Pro 8.0
2.33 Ghz C2D MacBook Pro 15" - 3GB Ram - Logic Pro 7.2
