My boss is running 10.1.5, or something like it, and he has trouble with PDFs. When he downloads one, it starts with page "0" instead of page 1, so when he goes to print it, he doesn't get the first page. This is the case whether he uses preview or acrobat reader to open the file. I am the more up-to-date type, so am running 10.2.6, and I don't have this problem, but I also don't recall this ever happening when I ran 10.1. Will an OS upgrade solve the problem?
