im not sure, but you could use something like the GIMP i suppose. maybe one of the gurus here can correct me though.

Not only that, but it doesn't work very well either. It thinks I'm using Safari when I'm really using Shiira (and no, I didn't change the user agent). Additionally, I tried it with Camino, and it says I'm using "Netscape 5", which never existed AFAIK.

http://www.artrage.com/artrage.html is a fun program. Version 2 looks like it'll be a lot better once it comes out
