Liv Tyler peaked at about 19. Back then she was tall & thin with an exotic face and the grace of the next big supermodel. Unfortunately, her genes had other plans. Although her face is as pretty as ever, she has grown into a somewhat large frame. I'm not talking about her weight, necessarily. More like her skeleton. It gives her a sort of a horsey build that doesn't match her other delicate features.
Simpson, on the other hand, is actually getting better as she gets older. She has distinctive facial features (sharp nose, deepset eyes, etc.) that looked a little out of place on a young girl, but look great on a mature woman. Plus she has that toned & curvacious figure that only nature can create.
Unfortunately, when she opens her mouth, it's all over.

I you guys are referring to Simpson, she did NOT get implant. She did, however, get the girls lifted.
So, they're real, spectacular -- and, well, lifted.

I wouldn't believe any sources about this anyway, because they all deny it. But I know that women can't be skinny like twigs in their waist and arms but have a ton of fat in their boobs. That's just not how it works. It's just body fat - you can't lose weight all over your body except for one spot. (Or two. )

mmmmm, better expand your survey then. LOTS of those girls about, you just hafta weed out the surgically enhanced ones (not that I mind those either... ).
As was mentioned above, they dont always STAY that way, not spontaneously anyway, but they sure can maintain it with the right workout, thank god. My life would be a lot boringer otherwise.

Face it guys, we've been breeding for big boobs for over a century. It had to show up in people eventually.
I know that some people get their teenage girls "enhancements" for their high school graduation and the like, but I've been oggling (er, um) I've been observing young women a lot lately (just got back into college-and it's summer in South Central Texas), and they can't ALL have implants! A whole lot of 'em are built well enough that they are entirely incapable of doing pushups. Point made? Man it makes it hard to listen to a lecture sometimes...

Why are there more blondes there? If so, that doesn't mean there are more natural blondes there. The largest users of blonde hair dye are the Scandinavian countries, where they also have the largest percentage of natural blondes.

If by equipment, you mean a Mac and Photoshop, then yes. Almost every professional celebrity pic you see has been touched up in one way or another. Be it blurring, touching up blemishes, or "enhancing" curves - it's not real.
Meet her in person and take your own picture. Then you'll have an accurate representation.

You can't Photoshop video, and I've seen her reality show. In just a t-shirt & jeans, with her air pulled back and little or no make-up she seems to have great facial features and a fantastic body, but the grace and civility of a trailerpark metermaid. If I was her husband I think I would have just married a big cardboard cut-out of her instead.
