Hi,

Wondering if any of you can shed some light on this for me.

Whenever I try to download something with Safari the download starts up ok and then all of a sudden (at different times) it just stalls with the speed dropping and not downloading anymore. At this point Safari also won't load any new pages etc

I had thought this was just Safari but Software update is doing exactly the same thing!

Thinking my network was at fault I fired up Flock and that is downloading happily at rates much higher than that of Safari!!

Anyone know why this might be happening?

Thanks in advance.

Alistair

PS Am running Safari 3.0.3

Have just downloaded Shiira (with Flock) and that is exhibiting the same behaviour so it looks like this is a webkit problem....how weird?

Could be a CFNetwork problem.
