12" Screen

Its in decent condition.

$300-400?

It's an educated guess.

Is this one of those Mac's that'll stay popular and at relatively the same price (or get even higher!) or will it only decrease in price with time?

i have never heard of a mac that appreciated with time. it's a rapidly depreciating piece of consumer electronics. so, sell now for the most money.

Lisa.

But this is not Lisa. Sell now. Prices on eBay seem to fetch $400 on average, with some going higher depending on condition, descriptiveness, pictures, communicative seller, etc.

Actually, it's a 40 GB. He (my brother) must have gotten confused. Anyways, thanks everyone. Hopefully he can sell it for a good amount. He sort of got his iBook through a fluke, and hates Mac's, so he wants to sell it to buy a Windows laptop. I'd buy it if I had the money. Well, if I really had the money, I'd just buy a MacBook Pro.

Again, thanks.

I'm shocked it would get that much. I have a 1.2ghz, 60gb, combo, 14", 768mb, wifi, updated battery, and I wouldn't even dream of getting $400. Maybe I should sell this thing off.

Yeah, you could probably get in the $400 range, more on eBay.

The iBooks seem to be pretty hardy in not losing their resale value too fast.
