How Much Do You Want For It?

Elderloc
We were just a bunch of sawgie old men eating egg salad sandwitches in a card board box, playing tease the wild wolverine in a confind space.

Asking $1999 for the powerbook withouth the DVD kit, and $2499 with the DVD kit.

Forgive me since I am not in the market to buy your system, but you might want to include the DVD with the system at $1999. A new PB g3 400 with DVD with 1 year warranty costs only $2499.

true, but not with 96 MG RAM and an 8GB hard drive and 2 power supplies. you would have to pay around $3000 for that...

Good luck to you, but again I think you are overly optimistic. You can buy a new, 1 year warranty Lombard for $2000. You can find the Pismo 400 for $2350 from clubmac or $2500 with a free 128mb RAM card. If you can sell your machine for the full price you are asking then congratulations, but I think you need to get a little more realistic with your prices. I would echo the $2k price for the machine plus the DVD together

$2,000-$2,200 is the going rate for a 300mhz Wallstreet, no matter what extras it has. I'm in the same boat as you, I have a 300mhz Wallstreet with lots of goodies (zip drive, 2 batts, DVD, 128MB, etc) so i checked ebay and tracked similar machines. here are links to the auction pages, they are closed but you can see the price and the specs for the machines.

If you can sell it for $2,499, ask if they want 2 and i'll sell them mine too

I also have a G3/300 with 64Mb ram, 6GB hard drive, DVD, two batteries, 14.1 inch screen which I am trying to sell. The entire thing will cost about 1700 including everything.

I was lucky to get $2400 for my Lombard g3 400 the week after the Pismo was anounced.
Datapusher, ram and hd space are cheap upgrades. You can get 128 megs of ram for about $110. I believe the new Pismo 400's come with somewhere around 6 gigs hd and I believe they have 64 megs of ram std. Why would I want to pay $2499 for your computer with no warranty. Your best bet is to put it on ebay with a reserve of $1600 and pray for the best, or keep it as a backup.
