I know there are a few Python guys kicking around...
Any suggestions for a decent & free python editor with a nice search feature? All I want to do is search existing .py files. Using TextEdit is much akin to a needle in a haystack at times. Sure be nice to have spotlight index .py files...
Thx!

Emacs.
I suppose SubEthaEdit will do in a pinch.
(Actually, I use SubEthaEdit, but only because it supports Emacs keyboard shortcuts.)
