No. It will write DVD-ROM disks. It will read CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM and I believe, a few odd CD formats like CD-video. I could be wrong about the last, but the Apple DVD-RAM drives can only write DVD-RAM disks.
The
official Apple page makes no mention of RW capability, and Apple would advertise if the capability were added. Count on it. Also check
