Is there a website that will tell me how to install Ibook ram?
I do not have a manual, but I do have a g4 ibook manual, Would there be much of a difference if i followed that manual?

Are there any manuals I can download from the internet

Thanks in advance.

You could have at least made an effort to search for the answer.

Just lift up your keyboard, take out your Airport card (if you have one), and put in the RAM. It's very easy.

Yeah, that's about the trickiest part, is to just lie the keyboard upside down on the trackpad/wristpad area. That and the airport card.

Some things to consider when performing the operation"
-Make sure you get all the tabs (including the "locking tab" between the F5 and F6 keys- there's a little clear screw) back into place properly when replacing the keyboard.
-Make sure your Airport card, if you have one, is properly seated and the antenna cable is plugged all the way in before you replace the keyboard.

Also you want to watch the static electricity. Even the smallest shock could damage/ruin your RAM. Get a static mat or static wrist wrap or both for added protection.

Get yourself a revsion A iMac and try to install RAM in that baby. LOL. It's possible but no where near as easy as current Macs.

Makes me wonder what Apple was thinking. I'm glad they changed it with the next go round.
