Steam has released their mac version of STEAM and portal is free till the 25th... if you have not played it I highly encourage it, AWESOME puzzle game based on the half life two engine.

figured as much... I seem to be slipping, I used to be all up on the current trends of the internet... but lately I am discovering that I am far from it.

If anyone has a computer good enough to run Portal, then go get steam and free Portal now, you will not be disappointed.

Did you buy it on Steam? If so, you can just open your account and download it on the Mac side for free, if the servers aren't still overloaded that is.

I was just getting 4.5 MB/s downloading it, so I think it's safe to say there's no issue with that.
