I've been looking for a good, easy to use online photo gallery. I was originally using Gallery and the Gallery plugin for iPhoto. And it worked reasonably well. Recently I tried Flickr, with the new integration with iPhoto '09. Only problem was, it re-sized my photos down to 1024x768, unless I paid, and I hated the UI.

I installed Picasa for Mac, and I liked it. It even had real smooth integration with Picasaweb. Only problem was:

1. My photos got resized
2. You have to pay when you go above a certain amount of space.

So, then today I logged into Windows Live Photos and saw that FOR FREE, I get 25 GB of space. Which is an insane amount of photos. I haven't tried to post any photos yet, since I need to do it through the web.

Before I went any further through it, I was wondering if there may be some kind of iPhoto plugin to add upload capabilities to Windows Live Photos?

And, before you ask, no, I will not get a MobileMe/.Mac account.

Andy

Dropbox (2GB free, 50GB for $99/yr) works really well with Picasa (just move the library storage location inside the Dropbox folder). Their online gallery does thumbnails, medium sized previews, and full res images.

If I am going to pay $99.00 a year, I might as well just get a MobileMe account...
