Criterion:

1) Packability (small, lightweight)
2) could be swapped with: quality (sound and build)
3) design (does it fold up smartly, is it fairly rugged, etc.?)
4) charger. Does it run off an iPod charger or iGo or universal charger; if not, more importantly, does it charge the iPod while in use?

Reasonable price/performance preferred; if slightly into the 3-digit price-range, so be it.
