I placed an order there last friday requesting 2-day air delivery.

Come monday they still hadn't even had a status for my order so I emailed them like I'm supposed to (no longer can you call to ask for status on your order) and I got no response. What do you know.. the next day my order status was "Processing". So on comes wednesday and I email again. Asking if they have the product in stock why it takes 4 days to process an order and if they could please return my email so that I know what's going on. No reply.
Today I cancelled the order, that was the easiest step in the whole process.

"Hi i'd like to cancel my order"
- "what's your order number?"
"Blah"
-"ben?"
"yep"
-"ok you're all set you'll recieve an email confimring your cancellation now"

other then that it was a crappy shopping experience.

I do know that they filed for backrupcy in early April. I know because they owe me $800. Same as you, I ordered something from them, they charged my card but never shipped the item. I wom a small claims case against them hoping that would force them to pay me. But that same week as the small claims case, they filed backruptcy and turned off their phones web etc.
