Has anyone used the Microsoft one? Any recommendations on another brand? Cost isn't really an issue, I want the best feeling, most responsive wheel available.

The Microsoft one is ok; good enough if you consider it a game rather than a simulator. I suspect the Fanatec is quite good, but that's mostly dogma.
