Hy Guys,
here are two previews of my second theme that I called momentarely "Titane". I tried to make something that reminded me my Tibook..I tried to be minimalistic and simple with the shapes. It's a mix of square and round elements.
It's not completely finished yet as you can see on the second preview (I hope to be done by next week),
but it would be great to get some imput/feedback/comments from you.

Hay not bad. Though I do get the feeling that it's a bit "hodgepodge" in parts, like it doesn't have a real uniform design going. Like the scroll bars, and the lighter color button don't seem to fit well. The colors are really good, and I like what elements you chose to be back. Ether get rid of all the Aqua look, or make the scroll bars black Aqua to match. Great start.

I'm really digging this theme.

1. I like the charcoal color menu bar with the black apple logo.

2. I like the black widgets, but how about making the square the charcoal color, instead of black. OR, make the square and the widgets charcoal, instead of black. It just looks toooooo dark with it all being black, IMO.

That's all I can think of now, but so far, it looks very good Patcarla. I just love greyish themes!

Thank. Yes I know so far it a mix of square and aqua elements..I started doing something all squary but I realised that I like to much aqua to get rid of it completely..
Actally I could do a complete black aqua variation.. I need to think about it.. thank for the comments.BTW how is dark blue going?

No way, there isn't any text on the black so it just helps the look. There aren't enough high contrast themes, and this one isn't even hard on the eye.

Exactly. Plus the black here, as I said, reminds elements (keyboard) of the powerbook..

I like it! I can't wait to give it a 5 second try and then start complaining about it! Just kidding.... I might actually use it.... it looks nice.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.

This is a great first time theme! Its something I might actually use from time to time, thanks to it complimenting my PowerBook so nicely.

Nice menu/title bars -

Hey, I actually like this one. The consistency is very weak but the overall look is a great design idea!

The scrollbar and buttons could use some works. Try duplicate the look of titlebar to it

We finally disagree

I think this is just another hideous gradient theme. Reminds me of BBX Mercury. I'd never use it.

I really like it but I don't like the black box around the widgets or the scroll bars, try to limit the colors you use, also I'm not sure about the buttons, they don't seem to fit in...

Keep up the good work, this theme has great potential but i'm a boring guy and I would like just a black variant of unlined aqua...

Thanks guys. So, Overall the weak points seem to be the scroll bars and the push buttons that don't fit with the rest.. That what gives the lack of consistency. I'll work on them.
I'll also try to limit the number of colors.
For the one that don't like the black/grey themes there is nothing I can't do about it..

I'm gonna make one: Aqua elements will be bright black and with very light grey background and no stripe.
I also plan to do other colors (orange/green/yellow/other blue..)

I like the scroll bars...the tabs are nice.

BUT, I do like the widgets, but how about making the "graphite" version with charcoal widgets or a charcoal square background, and black widgets. You know?

Yeah, the new scroll bars are very nice, don't change a thing but the new tabs are just too dark, could you make the checkbox lighter gray and keep the checkbox v black, I like contrast but not a black checkbox v in a black box... Looking better every time

Yeah, I've been making it for years now, and I don't know if it will ever be a complete theme. It's a lot different from yours so don't think I am threatened or anything unless you call yours Titanium. There was also a Ti theme a while back either. Here's the most recent look at mine....

It's indeed very different I love your apple logo. And the transparent menus. It's looks pretty finished though, what do you need to do to complete it?

All the tabs and buttons and progress bars etc are from Aqua still. (At least they are grey though, not blue). I don't know if I will ever get all that stuff done. Also all the stuff outside the Extras.rsrc is pretty much untouched.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.
