I made a SparseImage encrypted volume a while back and have been using it daily. No problems.
Today I get the error message [name] failed to mount due to error 90. (corrupt image)
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to un-corrupt the image?
This was my test volume to see whether it made sense to put my Eudora mail folder into an encrypted volume (as I used to do with CryptDisk; thanks Will Price)... but this isn't terribly robust, it seems. No crashes or panics here at all.
Sigh.
(Yes, I know Panther has a built-in volume encryption scheme; which I may not choose to use if it's just a SparseImage with a candy coating.)
