I've been trying for a while to find a solution to connect my mom's revo to the mac...either 9.1 or X is what I need to do.

Try downloading this software:

You will also need a Keyspan PDA Adaptor.

If that doesn't work, dredge eBay for "MacConnect" software. You will still need the Keyspan PDA Adaptor ($39 retail). Remember that the connector from the Revo cradle is a 9-pin serial connector, not a Mac serial.

There are text converters which work with MacConnect. You can find the download links on the Tucows site.
