All Apple headphones are white.
There are plenty of 3rd party black headphones though - that was the standard color before the iPod came on the scene. I'm using a black pair of Sonys as I type this.

Black is ugly and what everyone else uses.

I don't think black is ugly... actually I think its quite a nice change from the traditional black. I also say this because I work with charcoal often, and well its easier to keep clean... perhaps a good iPod skin will be in order. I also think its very sharp. I think black is coming back!
The sure headphones look good. The sure E4C's look sharp! I just want a good set to also use in the office, and would prefer a comfortable pair to wear for a good length of time, without damaging my hearing.

i have tried out the e3c, the e4c and the e5c. personally, the e3cs were perfect for me. sure the e5cs are the top pro line in ears, BUT for a lot less money i got the e3cs (black) and there are just VERY VERY slight sound quality differance between the three i tried. NOT enouph to shell out the 500 bucks. between the e3cs and the e4cs, eh, only if your super super picky on sound quality or just GOTTA have the creme a la creme. id go for the e3cs. better on the folded skin and just as good as the e4cs. as for the e1/2cs, theyre a joke to listen with

I've got a black Nano and my Sony MDR-EX71's just weren't cutting it for me anymore, so I ordered Etymotic ER-6i's, which used to only come in white, but now also come in black. I am pretty satisfied with them, and they're on Buy.com for less than $100. (The list is $149.)
