Has to be the original Playstation. When it came out I played so much I couldn't sleep without visions of Tekken.

Sega Genesis ftw. Sonic was so much fun; he definitely crapped all over Mario.

SNES, probably.
Let's see how long the mods allow this to stay in the wrong forum.

My first was the Coleco Telstar, but hardly my favorite. The Atari 2600 was still, by far, the best for its time. I was in college during the Nintendo years so I skipped that entire series and got back into consoles with the Playstation. The Dreamcast was good, but the PS just dominated so I spent very little time with my DC.

I still have them all. The collector's edition of Tekken 5 came with a special case for all the Tekken games.

Turbo Graphix 16. Bonk was a blast.
Atari Jaguar. This console was way ahead of it's time. Alien vs Predator used to scare the crap out of me. Turn off all the lights, turn the sound way up. I've actually been thinking about picking one up on eBay.

I used to do this with DOOM (on the SNES). It was just unnerving.

I dunno, as a teen alone in the house, playing in the absolute dark at 2 am, the tension was killing me. I wasn't afraid, but man I was jumpy.

Atari 2600 & ColecoVision
The ColecoVision was awesome for it's time. The games that came out on it were the closest thing to the arcade version (Donkey Kong & Zaxxon, for example).

That's from the movie "They Live". Might have been used in a game too, but it definitely originated from the film.

Ha! The ColecoVision was the first game console I ever owned. Time Pilot was the best game on that system.
My favorite console of all time is still the SNES.

Turok.
Most frustrating game EVER. It would have been so much better if the save point weren't MILES apart.

All of my memories of it are great though. The game just had such an intense feel. The music was perfect too.
The sequels didn't live up to the original however.

Worst part about that game was the fog...you couldn't see anything past 10 yards.
