AppleInsider
mentions that someone from UBS is predicting a really little MacBook for MWSF07. Do these guys ever guess anything right? I mean, they never claim to have inside sources, but rather piece together inferences based on what they hear from suppliers (including Intel's announcement that they're incorporating NAND flash into future reference platforms).
I don't know. Like I've said before, I'd buy a MacBook mini in a heartbeat, but the market doesn't seem big enough for Apple to diversify their line further. I think they're happy to have simplified down to three sizes. I suppose competing with typical really-small notebooks is a better way to go than to bother doing something UMPC-esque.
Anyone got comments on 1) detective skillz of analysts or 2) plausibility of a really teeny portable Mac?
