OK, first stop is some file-extension DB (like fileXT). A search for MPC reveals two possible candidates: "Collectorz.com MP3 Collector MP3 Collection Data" and "Musepack Audio File". My guess is that it's Musepack, so put that into Google and get the homepage for Musepack. A link on the left of the page leads to MPC for OSX, decoder/encoder.

So give that a shot.
It looks like it's a CLI-app, so if you need help with that, just ask.

OK, here it goes.
1. Download mpp-1.15r-MacOSX.tar.bz2.
2. Unpack the file.
3. Open Terminal and navigate to the mpp-1.15r-MacOSX folder (cd foldername).
4. Run ./mppdec --aiff <inputfile> <outputfile>
Example: ./mppdec --aiff track-01.mpc track-01.aiff
5. Repeat this for all the files you want to decode.
6. Then use iTunes to compress the .aiff files to your favorite format (mp3, aac...).

One note. MusePack is a lossy codec, so transcoding to another lossy format (mp3 and aac) give you a further quality loss!

An easier way is to just drag-and-drop mppdec onto the terminal window, if you don't know how to browse directories with the terminal.
