I will be getting the Sims 3 soon and with every new Sims game the requirements are HUGE. I want to make my may 2007 Macbook as fast and efficient as possible so that I can run this game smoothly and have a fast macbook when I do everything else. Can someone tell me what the best out there is and a price range I'm looking at?

Unless you're planning on exchanging your MB, all you can do is upgrade the RAM and the HDD.

You should get 4 GB. This stuff will work and at $43 it's really inexpensive.

The Momentus 7200.4 is the fastest and largest notebook HDD available today. Installing it into the MB is easy. Here it is for $140 shipped.
