I got this in my mail today from a friend.
Subject: Playboy pictures of Britney Spears (no joke)
Ok, I know you all saw the headlines and thought "yeah right," right?
Let me assure you this is no joke, what you are about to see is the real
deal.
My friend Zach out here has an Uncle who changes film for Playboy. He
sent him these pictures of Britney Spears which will be in an upcoming issue
of the magazine. Let me know what you think.

if these are the same five black and white photos that came out a while ago, then no, that isn't Britney. It's somebody who looks remarkably like her from certain angles. Other angles it's obviously not her.
but hey, if an uncle of a friend of somebody who emailed/posted this around says so...

After some more digging around, I saw the picture submitted to what looks like an artistic photography site where a bunch of guys were critiquing it. A few of them mentioned that the model looks a lot like Britney Spears. Also, all the places mentioning it were from many months ago.
It's a fake either way. It's either a very well-done photoshop job, or it's just a model who looks a lot like Britney Spears. I'm quite certain that it is NOT actually Britney Spears.
EDIT: rozwado just sent me the link and there are four others that I didn't find through Google. Yeah, it's pretty clearly just a model who looks a whole lot like Britney Spears. They're a few months old - there's no way that they could be taken and floating around the internet like this without some publicity or scandal.

The steamy black-and-whites turned out to be a look-alike model, shot last year by Long Island photog Eric Striffler. Striffler told us he was "flattered" that anyone thought he had photographed Spears for Playboy, and would definitely be available for the assignment.
"I could provide her with my phone number if she wanted to do it," he joked.

They're fake. There are tattoos just slightly visible in all the pictures and the placement isn't the same. Collegehumor.com had a piece with circled pictures on it.

So what, she just couldn't tell that she was exposed? I know you're numb after surgery, but you'd think the photographers would laugh or something.

That link didn't work for me, but yuck man, yuck! If your going to have that kind of surgery she should have had them go through the belly button or something.
I've got a small video clip that shows Britney putting on makeup and without a bra and some see through shirt and somebody with a home video camera zooming way in!
