What's the name of one of the first house music songs? I heard it on the radio one day, it's an oldie, like:
We love... house music
We need... house music.

It was from some guy in Chicago, I think.

And opinion is agreed. FlareSOUND is a good streaming station for that stuff.

Bah, damn whipper-snappers! I remember when it was all just "Techno"...none of these trance, house, electronicia, trip-hop, ambient classifications.

I like The Lords of Acid. Do they count? I won't name any others since I'm sure they stopped being cool seven or eight years ago (LoA too probably, but meh).

Yeah, house music is sweet. For me, house is the music I listen to while in party mode, at a club or house party. I wouldn't listen to it while just chillin but it's got a great vibe.

Discotheque theme by Samantha Fu, I think the b-side of the EP is the sweetest sh!t. The bass is killer

I still believe hard trance is the best genre of electronica, house is 2nd though.
