After I downloaded iTunes 4 I noticed that my music collection was 100 mbs small. Upon reviewing I noticed that the missing songs were all songs I ripped from cds. I do a finder search and the songs are no longer on my drive! Is anyone else experiencing this?

If you buy from the iTunes Music Store then in the agreement it states that it will search your hard drive for files that match a database of files known to have been distributed on peer-to-peer networks.

Did you actually download those files, or make them available to others via Limewire or Acquisition?
