is there a way to install dlta. themes on shapeshifter. or a program to convert them to use on shapeshifter?

I think ThemePark can open dlta and save as guiKit for use with SS.

No problem at all. Just add them to your shape shifter theme folder and install them the same way you do a guiKit.
