can someone tell me how to print the worksheet so that the gridlines print as well? I obviuosly selected the option and changed the grilled lines to be solid instead of a faint or dotted line. im using Office 2004...for Mac. thank you

well, if you highlight the area you want to show the grid, press Apple '1' - which is format cells, then go to the Border tab and select the Outline and Inside - then choose which style you want in the Line selection - then print as normal.

You turn gridline printing on in Page Setup...Sheet...Gridlines. This will give you gridlines when printing even when you have not selected borders around the cells.
