Of all the crazy things I've seen on MacNN in the years since I have been here, this [/i]has[/i] to be one of the craziest.
Congratulations if you were trying to be funny; go fsck yourself if you're serious.

You're a bit off your head to ask a question like that. Obviously, although there are many developers here, none of them are just going to sit down and write you and application that would be a complex effort on a good day, and a screaming nightmare of death in one week of time.
Firstly, you're far better off just using google to see what applications are available. I know that I've seen people advertsing free Java midlets for mobile devices on the net.
Secondly, you're far better off looking at http://sourceforge.net and http://freshmeat.net to see if any OpenSource software exists to do what you want, or which you can, in a pinch, modify.
Thirdly, if you own a Nokia with Bluetooth or Infrared and a WindowsPC with Bluetooth or Infrared, the job is already done for you, except for the small question of the source code part
Fourthly, Apple's iSync does this, as do numerous other applications listed by the macupdate website. There are some applications there that are free and you might even be able to talk one of the developers into parting with the code if you phrase your language a bit more intelligably than you did in your post.
Fifthly, there's the option of rolling your own application in Java on the Mac and Java ME on a mobile device and letting them comunicate via bluetooth or GPRS. If you're a Java expert, you might even be able to get a small demo appliication working in one week, if you work on it about 20 hours a day. For Nokia devices, you'll need the Symbian60 SDK which can be obtained free from their website.
