Engadget has some pics from the FCC...

Zune revealed by FCC as "Toshiba 1089" - Engadget

Looking like a little weight loss is needed. Not sure if this is a production model..

Not that bad considering it's got WiFi in there and all... but still a lil thick.

Possibly can be used as a weapon to fend off attackers trying to steal it?

Blech. That wheel isn't a wheel just a way to make it look iPod.

I can't image why anyone would want this over an iPod and that is not just speaking as a Apple Fanboy.

When Apple comes out with the next gen iPods with hopefully large screens it will make this thing look like a dinosaur.

Toshiba is making it? Fantastic. Then it's sure to fail, just like their entire PDA lineup, which they'd quit suporting and updating as soon as they started releasing a newer model. Toshiba will never see a PENNY from me, EVER again.

The thing is, it's just not cool... The only gotcha is if you can run little programs on it... that are actually worth having.

People like the iPod b/c it's sexy, this thing is clunky and big. My prediction: the iPod is safe, at least until Zune 2 comes out.

It's got to be pretty big. It's got its own network for streaming and sharing files (Pyxis?), so the battery life will suck without a larger batter.
