Nope. Just your every day run of the mill two tap kegerator. I can run both taps off the same keg (1/2 barrel or 1/4 barrel) or each tap separate off individual kegs (1/6 barrels).
I'm running two 1/6 barrels right now.

Had to make sure I was prepared in the event of long power outages, which of course means plenty of Bourbon.

Odd, I thought Bourbon was usually spelled 'whiskey'.

Carbon fiber isn't as smooth or as easy to paint as metal. There's a definite texture to it, you can feel it when you run your fingers over the finish.

Uh, the 458 body is made from aluminum, not CF. That shitty paint job is called orange peel. The thing wasn't wet sanded and polished out. I would expect more out of a supercar. Sheesh.
For reference, here is my roof:
It looked like yours before it was sanded/buffed.

I'll be damned. I love bourbon- even been to Maker's Mark distillery- and this is the first time I've noticed the spelling.
Of course I googled it. "Whisky" usually denotes Scottish whisky and Maker's Mark is one of the few American distilleries that spells it that way. So long story short "whiskey" or "whisky" is ok.

I believe you are confused.
"A few months after the launch of the road-spec Ferrari 458 Italia, Ferrari announced the track-focused 458 Challenge. Taking over where the F430 Scuderia left off, the new car retains the same engine and power output as the standard car but changes the gear ratios and recalibrates the dual-clutch F1 gearbox to improve torque at lower revs. Handling has also been tweaked with a modified suspension set-up with solid aluminium bushings, stiffer springs, single-rate dampers and a ride height lowered by 30mm all round. It rides on new centre-nut 19-inch racing wheels shod in beefier Pirelli slicks. Further upgrades come in the form of Brembo CCM2 brakes and significan weight reduction. As of this writing, no figures have yet been released, but the 458's body panels have been reduced in thickness and are made lightweight materials, such as carbon-fibre and Lexan."
The article you are referencing is talking about the race spec challenge model. So yes, the super special race version uses more CF, but as you can see, the main chassis is all bonded and welded aluminum. Here is a picture.
6486/width/350/height/700[/IMG]
Here is a video on how they construct it. Note that it is almost entirely aluminum.

Correct. Just Y is the Scottish spelling, EY is the Irish spelling. Although there are exceptions, American whiskeys generally use the Irish spelling because of the many immigrants from Ireland; former dominions of the British empire use the Scottish spelling.

I knew it was usually a Scottish/Irish divide, just didn't know there were any exceptions in the US. I have a feeling that Irish Whiskeys are often triple distilled, while almost all Scotch (there is one I know of that isn't) is distilled only twice. Maybe Makers Mark is only distilled twice?

Auchentoshan (a personal favorite) is a triple-distilled Scotch, but they spell it Y. There are other triple-distilled lowland scotch whiskys, and as far as I can tell, they all spell it Y.
I know very little of American whiskeys, no matter the spelling, beyond the rule about new casks all the time. Someone, feel free to enlighten me.

Bourbon by definition is made in new American White Oak casks. Its usually a mix of rye and corn rather than malted barley. I think there are rules on the percentages in the mix.

Fun fact: it's actually laws that govern how bourbon is made. I remember it has to be 51% corn and the barrel has to be charred and new. Then straight bourbon has other laws. You can read more here

Scotch has to matured in bonded warehouses in Scotland for at least 3 years or you aren't allowed to call it Scotch.
I don't think its a law, but Scotch is never matured in first fill new casks. The casks at Makers Mark are actually paid for by Laphroig and then shipped to Islay after their first fill. The oak is too acidic for single malt to use new ones.

the cover for my new ironing board sucks. i used a "silicone" cover for my old board. think it had metal fibers in it too to better reflect heat. that cover was great, but doesnt fit my new, larger board. i hope this ones works ok.
also, rowenta irons are awesome. but stainless steel sole plates are annoying when stuff melts onto it (ie. new board's cover) ... let's hope these items help make ironing less sucky.
Just to check in, that ironing board cover is awesome compared to the one that came on board itself. it's actually higher quality than the cover i bought for my old board. very happy.

It comes out about the same price, so I went for simplicity.

Don't tell the HDMI association. They claim that any cable that HDMI male at one end and something other than HDMI male at the other end is unlicensed and therefore illegal.

I did not know that - and there are quite a few options available out there.
