If only MacNN had theme music to link to... if only this one wasn't taken! It would be perfect for the Political Lounge!

Shoot, I would do it myself, but I don't have a "privacy policy"

Anyway, 'NN should definitely do it.

I did that back in April of `03 when it was <$14 (500 shares). Yeah, I'm "lovin' it".

I've never seen a blog with columns split 50/50 like yours. I like all the colors and images, but I think you could use a little width in the text area - or maybe just some padding on the left and right of it. But hey, it's your site.

I didn't know personal sites could be affiliates? Sign me up!

Any site can do it. But under the T&C it says that you need a specific "privacy policy" for your visitors, something most personal sites do not have.

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

If you are a member of The LinkShare Network, you only need to read and agree to this Agreement. If you are not a member of The LinkShare Network, you must complete a registration form to join The LinkShare Network and then read and agree to this Agreement. We will evaluate your registration form and notify you regarding the status of your website (Site) in the iTunes Affiliate Program (Program). We may reject your application after initial approval if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your Site is unsuitable for the Program.

Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:

Infringe trademark rights of yours or any third party or otherwise violate the rights of any third party

Contain sexually explicit materials

Contain hate/violent/offensive content

Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

Promote illegal activities or otherwise violate any applicable laws, including those targeting spyware, adware or SPAM

Violate any intellectual property rights, including, without limitation, scraping text or images from Apples Websites

Do not clearly state an online privacy policy to its visitors

Otherwise are considered offensive or inappropriate at Apples sole discretion
T&C linkage

I suppose you could add something very general that says you don't collect any personal data, or if you do, you do not share it with any one under any circumstances.

I'm bumping this because I'm a part of the program, but I'm having trouble with the rotating banners. I only want the smaller banners to rotate but it keeps throwing in the larger ones too.
vs.
Anybody else in the program having trouble with the links?

If the opportunity arises, it's something that I would high recommend.
