I just noticed this problem a couple days ago. When I open AcqLite, the theme I'm using is not applied. The menus are all aqua and stuff. It irritates me. Is this a bug in ShapeShifter, or AcqLite or something?
(AcqLite is not on my exclude list)

I think AcqLite uses its own resources and no the ones of the OS. AcqLite is free, its the same this as Acquisition but with a bit of a different UI

It's because AcqLite is using Cocoa-Java (I think, it's doing something rather funky at startup and I assume that this is why). I've got a fix planned for ShapeShifter, just haven't implemented it yet.
