BBC NEWS | Americas | Pilot dies flying plane to the US

Yikes and wowzers! I have to admit- it's bad when a pilot dies in the middle of a flight. I wonder what happened. Did he eat the airline food?

If it was a large aircraft he probably wasn't the one flying to begin with. Most planes do all of it including taxing to the runway. The human just does the checklists.

Fortunately, the plane landed safely after the untimely demise of the pilot. Something or other about having a "co-pilot" or some other weirdness....

I presume that was supposed to be a joke, as you are wrong on all counts.
