is there a mail plugin that says "ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO EMAIL X" and x is a list of email addresses?
Twice in one day I've accidently replied to a company wide email to the entire company, rather than an individual person.
I'd love the ability to say "if x address is in a recipient field, confirm!"

How are you managing to do that unless you're clicking "Reply All"?

You must be replying to your emails very quickly and not noticing what you are doing because as Big Mac said you have to actually press the "reply all" button in order to do that. Also you'll see at least part of the list of people you are sending to in the "to" address bar.
But if you don't want to slow down and make sure you don't hit the reply all button then what you can do is just remove the reply all button with the customize toolbar feature. You can either right click on the toolbar or find the feature in the menu bar.

If it's a mailing list reply address, I think you just have to look at who you're addressing the message to. I don't think any mail client will warn you for that.

No, I've seen features like that, where every mail with a Reply-To header is flagged. I wonder...is there a possibility to add an Applescript that is run whenever a mail is replied to? That way you could have the script pop up a dialog box warning you to check the recipient of the mail you're just about to write.
