Help me identify this song and band from music video description

Ok, so I remember this rock or alternative video from the late 90s. It starts with a swat team staking out this apartment, there is a band is playing inside, and at the end the SWAT team enters and starts break dancing. It has a really funky beat.
Any ideas?
I want to buy it from iTunes.
