Hey guys
I want to know how can I add subtitles (.srt file) onto a Divx movie...
Which Software should I use?
* I want to burn it...!!

You can use VLC. Probably MPlayer as well.

Ok, I've downloaded Cellulo and added the subs. but why are the subtitles not readable? (like %*$#@)

I had never heard of Cellulo. Interesting. Though, because it is essentially QT with Perian and a few new interface features slapped on, I can survive with using QT and Perian.
And VLC if I ever have to use subtitles with a movie.

Cellulo was created specifically for subtitles though, including weird fonts and anime stuff. If you don't use subs much (like me), then you probably don't need it. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
