He says he has no idea why he has been banned? Well, it probably has something to do with shady practices in the past as noted in the links that have been added above and his blantant thumbing his nose at posting rules here. According to the Mods and others, beware.

I just read his alert and I must say that he's probably not a scammer, but a thief.
Credit card fraud is what he's probably involved in, and he's simply a mule for his "boss." The boss buys the goods and usually offers half off for a quick sale. Of course, with a 4gb Nano, he's probably selling them for a "reasonable" price online, keeping his portion, and giving the boss the requested $125 without him knowing of the extra profits that this a**hole is keeping. This is the latest and unfortunate craze.
