My Current setup is the iBook with a mouse. Boring eh?
Come the end of next month my setup will be -
iBook sitting on an iCurve, using a Macally Ice Keyboard, Griffin Powermate, wireless optical mouse. Can't wait
we don't have time to stop for gas

PeterClark2002, you may want to find a place where you can try out the macally ikey keyboard before you buy it. (if that's the one you're talking about).
I bought the macally iKey a short time back and feel it is a POS.
The keys seem a bit cramped so it not very comfortable to use and it seems incredibly cheaply made. The nemeric keypad failed, early on, though I hardly ever used it. I'll NEVER buy another macally product.
I also have a couple of Kensington products. An Orbit trackball that I love, and a regular mouse. The kensington items are great!

Is the Macally keyboard like a laptops keyboard? if it is that is the one I like the look of. So it is not very good?

I had a MacAlly... definitely different from the Apple Pro... and not sure if the quality was either just from a different material or because it was cheaply made.

Maybe just get a white Apple Pro?

BTW, I just got an iCurve for my PowerBook G4 and while it took some getting use to, I now love it!

One photo couldn't describe the various permutations of the setup I've got going...

Late 2001 iBook with a Logitech MX300, Apple Pro Keyboard, Soundsticks, and a 17" Mitsubishi monitor. Also have a Shuttle PC (dinky cute one that sits under the desk) which gets to use the keyboard and monitor depending on what mood I'm in, or what I'm up to. It's got it's own mouse too.

Have a Lindy powered USB hub to assist with all the USB stuff; also have an HP printer and a Canon scanner. (And there's the Sony digital camera and Clie PDA...)

(Must count all the twinkling LED's sometime when I'm bored...)

Mac and PC talk to each other across the Netgear DG814 ADSL modem/router thingy.

Cables averywhere, it's a bit of a bastard (used in the correct Engineering sense) setup...

Once I get some more batteries for my digital camera I'll post my setup. It's pretty decent I guess.

iBook 800/640MB/30GB
