ok, I now understand how something like this could happen. Complete apathy from the "counter-terror conscious" people.

Perhaps it's time for them to open a book or two to see what this could cause.

the real question would be what types of labs recieved these kits? were they p2 or above (bio facilities are rated p0 through p4, with p4 being highly contagious and fatal... HIV is p3... I think influenza is p2)
