Well, the second song in the second video is R. Kelly’s Hold On. The first one, though... considering the clip is Korean, I’d say it’s probably a Korean song. It sounds a bit like Korean, at least. But I know next to no Korean music, so I haven’t a clue what it is...

Sounds more like some African language to me. Or even just English with some african "accent".
