Do you honestly think the US is training them to do this sort of thing? Evidently there are some people on the force who aren't getting the message -I wonder how many were police in the old regime?- and certainly they should be brought to justice for these atrocities. But I hope you aren't trying to blame the US for this.

I seriously doubt the U.S. government would train the local police force to do that.
But having paid $100 billion dollars and be so close to square one is kind of awkward.
