So I ordered a new Mac mini online, and had it shipped to the Salem NH Apple Store. (FYI it was a quad core 2.6ghz mini, which i took apart and immediately added a 256 GB SSD and 16 GB of RAM to. It runs pretty good.) So as I walked to the Apple store, what's this?? It looks like the Apple store. Nope. It is the Microsoft store. It is a 100% knock off of the Apple store in every way. I can't believe even Microsoft would be so blatant about copying someone else. Even the employee clothing is a knock off.

I walk by the Microsoft store often on my way to the Apple store at the Stanford shopping center. There's never anyone in it except occasionally a kid on the Xbox. The employees just stand around looking bored. Or maybe they're sad. Kinda hard to tell. I wonder how much money Microsoft is losing on those retail outlets.
Samsung store, while not as empty as the Microsoft store, is also a complete copy of the Apple store.

Don't know if it'll hotlink, but this is my favorite picture of a Samsung store. Since they have the judges literally working for them, I can see why they don't even bother trying to hide it.
