Unless you absolutely have to buy one before the 3 weeks are up... I'd wait.

Considering the Mac mini has had NO UPDATES since it debuted, it is likely that Apple is holding off any new releases until Macworld.
On the other hand, the Intel processors may not be shipping in any significant production numbers for anyone to launch a new product.
I'd wait no matter what, but will you buy a mini if it is a PPC?

Get a refurb'd unit! There are killer deals on mini's at the Apple Store..
