Which apparently is completely different than being announced and canceled.

Do you use the Clinton definition of canceled or something?

How could something be cancelled if it was never started?

It was announced, and a trailer was shown.

Then they said they weren't going to make it.

That's called canceled.

You can look anywhere in Mac OS X and find dialog boxes that allow you to cancel an operation you haven't started. You can cancel concerts in the future that haven't started. You can cancel dates you haven't gone on yet. You can cancel airline reservations for trips you haven't been on yet. And yes, little starman, you can cancel games you haven't started yet.

Apparently the PS4 won't have Bluray, or any physical drive at all.

Confirmed: Prince of Persia Swinging to Wii

Dont know about you guys, but im a huge fan of the series (since the original). So i was a bit disappointed that the recent "trilogy" was complete. Apparently the same studio was working on Assasin for the PS3 exclusively...... so yeah i was a bit saddened.

Not anymore... ... the Prince will be making an exclusive appearance on the Wii. im stoked

Cheers

Who cares. It is not about graphics but originality and fun remember. They should downgrade it a notch to help prove that.

That's right. We all know the Wii isn't about graphics, it's about gameplay. I think they should bring the resolution down to 320x200 to guarantee 60fps.

Oh, and nobody who owns a Wii should be allowed to own an HDTV.

Better tell Nintendo because every single last demo they showed on the Wii was on those HDTV's that "nobody has".

Are you guys bitter because your chosen system is going down in flames before it even launches or are you just naturally crabby? Because I really don't see the reason for this overwrought hatred directed at Wii and its supporters.

And which is my "chosen system"?

I've said from Day One that I'm platform agnostic. I own everything that comes out, regardless of market share. It's the weenies on threads like this that are Nintendo fanboys that take criticism as hate for the platform.

So, try and understand that first.

Chosen system? I've never once said I have a preference and it for sure isn't the PS3 if I have one.

I also don't see how anything is going down in flames (unless internet bitching counts) when there is nothing for sale yet

But way to prove you're the one in the brand religion.

Why don't you focus on Nintendo's silly comments about "Nobody wants to watch DVD's on their games system" "Nobody wants to play games online" later to be followed by.. "We should have put a DVD player on the GameCube" and "Lets copy MS on Xbox live".

Why don't I focus on those comments? Because I don't remotely care about them. Because I'm not just out to bash Nintendo with whatever old or irrelevant trivia I can find like some people here seem to be.

It's sad, really. Everytime I see this thread has been updated, I come in expecting to find some relevant news about the Wii, but all I see are a couple of hayters that seem to have nothing better to do.
